Canyons in Arizona and Utah

There are many canyon type national and state parks in the US mountain zone. I got chances to visit them during my multiple trips to Arizona State University to do NanoSIMS measurements. Grand Canyon was huge, but honestly, not the best one I like, but I haven’t seen the north rim. Canyonlands was more impressive. The Powell Lake was a gem in the desert, and the Horseshoe Bend was something I had dreamed of visiting for a long time.

I’m still missing the Antelope Canyon, which is symbolic.
